Need a crust busting stirrer to help get your effluent pond or tank working properly?

Hi-Techs unique three blade propeller is ideal for lifting sludge from deep ponds, tanks, sumps and breaks up crusting even on large ponds. Hi-Tech stirrers are designed to deliver the highest level of efficiency making them the obvious choice for New Zealand’s demanding effluent conditions.

Hi-Tech stirrers effortlessly mix heavy waste even in very large effluent sumps making it the ideal product for feedpads and separators. Thorough mixing of effluent waste is essential to avoid blocking effluent lines and to ensure a homogenous mix is achieved in order to maximise the return of nutrients back to the pasture.

•Computer designed propellor gives highest pumping rate per kW
•Oil bath lubrication to lower bearings

Recommendations:
Due to the extreme agitation and downward force produced by the stirrer which makes it a real leader in this category, it is recommended that in a pond situation a concrete pad is placed directly underneath it if possible. Ponds should be lined

Minimum depth of 600 mm from the bottom of the pond or sump
A Hi-Tech pontoon specifically designed for this stirrer is used in a pond to maximise effluent flow to the stirrer
