REX Firewood Processor

The REX Firewood Processor is a fast and efficient system of splitting firewood for commercial, bulk and industrial operations. Take your firewood business to the next level with these proven machines. Combining a REX Log Saw and REX Firewood Processor will dramatically increase your production while markedly reducing your labour input and running costs.

It will keep your overheads down and profits up!

By April 2010, 41 Units have been built and are in operation in most states of Australia, with 8 in New Zealand.

Available in either the 700 (for max 700mm logs) or the 900 (for max 900mm logs) models.

•Will split and load up to 15m3 of the toughest timber per hour
•Efficient: only one operator needed for full production
•Easy and safe operation
•Powered by 48hp Deutz diesel engine – extremely fuel efficient 3L/ph
•Rex 900 is able to handle blocks of up to 900mm in diameter and 400mm long
•Rex 700 is able to handle blocks of up to 700mm in diameter and 400mm long
•Produces a very consistent sample of firewood with minimum wastage
•Easy and safe operation, Workcover compliant
•Automatic cycling of blade
•Large capacity hopper holds up to 5m3 of block timber (Rex 900), and 4m3 (Rex 700)
•8 mtr elevator with griddle to remove fines, swings 6 mtrs from side to side for efficient truck loading or stock piling.
