The Hampton Grain Roller Mill offers a superior grain roller solution for your farm. With easily adjustable, long life rollers the Hampton Grain Roller Mill will produce an excellent quality sample and will perform reliably for longer than other mills.

Multiple options are available processing between 2.5 and 5 tonne per hour. Can be electric motor or PTO driven. Smaller versions can be moved via 3pt linkage on a tractor.

These processing volumes are approximate; we can tailor the roller to suit your application for example the height of the machine and the size of the hoppers.

Benefits:
• Feeding cows on rolled grains is more effective for digestion over hammer mill methods.

• Rollers fabricated from specially formulated cast iron which are longer lasting.

• Easily adjusted roller tension with large tension springs.

• Sturdy and built to last. All components are manufactured locally; ensuring strict quality standards are maintained.

• Large side hopper to enable minerals to be added with ease.

• All moving parts can be oiled and greased with ease, safe and easy to operate and maintain.

• Easy release handle for removing foreign material.

• Parts on hand immediately if needed - less down time.


Some options:
• Available in 7.5hp electric motor or PTO driven version. This will process 2.5 to 3 tonne per hour. This version can be moved around via a 3pt linkage on a tractor.

• Available in 15hp electric motor (a 10hp motor can also be used). This will process 4.5 to 5 tonne per hour.

• We can manufacture to suit your independent needs.
