BUILD SCHEDULE:

Standby: kVA @ 0.8 pf These ratings are applicable for supplying continuous electrical power (at variable loads) in the event of a utility power failure. No overload is permitted on these ratings. Minimum output from alternators are peak continuous rated (as defined in 1SO 8528-3 @ 27 degrees C. Annual hour limitation: 500 hours).

Continuous: kVA @ 0.8 pf. (Divide standby rating by 1.1). Available for continuous electrical output. There is no hour limitation. 10% overload is available 1 hour in 12. The generating set and this specification is designed for environmental conditions of up to 27?C, up to 152.4 m above sea level and up to 60% relative humidity. Ratings at 0.8 pf.

CONTROL SYSTEM

Standard Fitting: Starting is remote or local to the machine - close contacts to start, open contacts to stop.

Key start/stop with following meters:

• Oil Pressure, Oil Temp, Motor Temp, Frequency, Volts and Amps
• Shut Down for low oil
• Emergency stop button
• Output circuit breaker

ACCESSORIES:

• Muffler, stainless steel exhaust flex (20 kVA and above) and clamps, battery and leads, day fuel tank.
• Oil and Coolant (within engine).
• Circuit breaker and display for Amps, Volts and Frequency.

OPTIONS:

• Mains failure control system instead of standard remote control system with mains failure relay, and static battery charger (mains supplied).
• Changeover contactors in separate cubicle.
• Constant potential (static) battery charger fitted to key start/stop system or remote start/stop system.
• Jacket Heater - Thermostatically controlled heater supplied and fitted to maintain engine coolant temperature at approximately 40?C.

All W&C canopies are made out of galvanised steel and are powder coated to offer you weather protection and to prolong the life of your generator. Our canopies have a unique soundproof insulation for quieter performance and are designed for easy maintenance and transportation.
