The AgRural Pontoon System is a multi-Drum pontoon with walkway, pump and stirrer options to complement any dairy effluent system.
Pumping from a pontoon ensures that effluent is always pumped from the same depth. Therefore the depth of the pond does not affect the pumping / stirring performance. The AgRural pontoon system is anchored to the side of a pond via the walkway. The AgRural pontoon can also be tethered to the shore/tank side for stirrers and pumps when it is not practical to install a walkway. The pontoon is easily extended as your requirements change you can add additional drums, walkways, pumps or stirrers through the fully modular design.
The AgRural Pontoon System is built with you and your staff’s safety in mind. No matter how big or small your AgRural pontoon system is, you can access the pump grease points with the unique walkthrough walkway without leaving the double hand railed walkway with continuos tread to prevent slips & trips. The parallelogram handrail design ensures that the pontoon is always kept level to prevent pontoon rollover.
With the pinned pivot system the walkway can swing around to the shore to remove the pump. Once the pontoon is secured to the shore the pump and discharge pipe can be removed as one unit, with ease, due to the quick release pump mounting pins.
