About Ag-Tech Industries
Ag Tech Industries has a rural background starting with Dairy and Hill Country Sheep and Cattle farming. This involved tractors, shearing, horses and most things associated with farming.
There was then a period in the motor industry that involved a trade certificate in automotive parts and merchandising.
Ag Tech industries then first started in business in 1972 wholesale manufacturing farm related products from canvas and leather. This then developed into retail, and the opening of a shop doing general canvas work, truck covers, upholstery and saddlery.
We then specialized in stock horse saddlery and in the 1980’s started a mail order business supplying saddlery and saddles throughout NZ and made over 700 stock saddles. At this time we were trading as “RANCHWARE”.
When the stock horse on the farm began to disappear in preference to the Quad we felt it was time to change direction and designed and built the “Quad Pod”. We could see the potential in the Quad market and there was nothing like this on the market.
This was the start of Ag-Tech Industries and TRAX Equipment.
In 1999 we sold the mail order and then the canvas & saddlery side of the business and have since specialized solely on wholesaling ATV and UTV Cabs and Accessories, which we either manufacture or import.
Our most recent development has been the introduction of two popular lines of American products, Swisher and Agri-Fab, which we have secured the NZ agency for. This brings you a whole new range of top quality, innovative and practical ATV attachments gauranteed to make light work of many of the difficult jobs around the farm, lifestyle block or anywhere accessible by a Quad or UTV.
This is a brief history of the company. We now market our products as TRAX Equipment and we intend to keep moving forward with innovative products, better service and new cabs as new models come on the market in this growing industry.

Warranty policy
All our products are designed, manufactured or imported with the end user in mind. We expect them to perform beyond your expectations and personally gaurantee them to be high quality and long lasting.
All goods are covered for a period of 12 months against faulty parts or workmanship.
Any claims must be returned within 10 days of either recieving or from failure of the product and must be accompanied by a covering letter stating date of purchase, invoice number and reason of claim (your re
